
Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum and baby yoga combines gentle yoga designed for your postnatal body & your baby with singing and tummy time to support your baby's development.
Newbie classes are suitable from 6-8 weeks after birth while the next steps class is designed to be a progression, developing on the yoga in the newbie class although it is entirely at your discretion which class you attend.
Suitable from 6 weeks after birth.

"Just finished a “term” of mum and baby yoga with Kate!
I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and highly recommend them, whether you’re new to yoga or not.
Kate is so lovely and always had alternative exercises to do for those of us who’ve had to pause to feed our babies or if our babies aren’t quite playing ball.
My little boy is 17 weeks old and loves the sessions, he giggles throughout! He really enjoys the singing in particular!
I really feel like the classes are well planned and delivered with baby in mind!
The classes are not just about baby though, after having my little boy I found I had diastasis recti with a gap of 4+ fingers. Doing this class and practicing the pelvic floor exercises between classes has really helped me to reduce that gap (it’s now between 1&2 fingers!).
It’s also a great bit of “me time” with a chance at the end of each session to have a chin wag with the other mummies.
Even though the seasons are online, you don’t lose that small class feeling.
