Mum & Baby Yoga

Gentle movement, connection, and time just for you — with your baby by your side.

Our Postnatal Yoga classes are designed for new mums who want to ease back into movement in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. These relaxed sessions give you the chance to nurture your body after birth, while also bonding with your baby and meeting other local mums.

There’s no need for childcare — your baby is part of the class. Feed, change, cuddle, or simply pause whenever you need. Everything is baby-led and completely judgement-free.

What to Expect

 

Each session includes gentle yoga for you, calming techniques you can use at home, and opportunities to involve your baby through simple movement, touch, and interaction. We always finish with a moment of relaxation — for both mum and baby.

No previous yoga experience is needed, and everything is adapted to suit your stage of recovery.

Suitable for: Mums from 6+ weeks postnatal (or after your GP check), with babies welcome

Classes are kept small to create a calm, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

Course runs for 6 weeks.
