Mum & Baby Yoga
Join Tracy for gentle mum and baby yoga suitable for the recovering postnatal body. At the start of the class there is time to settle in with an opening question designed to help you connect with others in the class. Poses are designed to build up over the weeks so pelvic floor can strengthen.
Babies can be 6-8 weeks and older, and will be actively engaged in the class through singing, and interaction with mum.
There is no requirement for you to have yoga experience, all poses will be adjusted for the recovering new mother’s body and to ease out any aches and pains.
This is a 5 or 6 week course.
Suitable from 6 weeks after birth. If you are post caesarean birth please do chat to Tracy about your recovery to date.
