Nurture Women's Yoga
Nurture women's yoga is aimed at providing a nurturing & nourishing class for women. This class can be joined at anytime but if you have recently had a baby we suggest you wait until 3 months after your baby's birth.
In this class, Kate will incorporate the various aspects of yoga including breath awareness, meditation, relaxation as well as the physical practice of stretching and strengthening your body.
Nurture Women's Yoga aims to:
Connect you with & strengthen your pelvic floor
Strengthen your core and improve stability
Teach you to regulate your breathing for an improved sense of calmness
Improve your balance
Hopefully provide you with some 'me' time
Encourage kindness to yourself
Support you to develop your own practice
